Unbelievably good customer service. I ordered an item that was delivered damaged through no fault of the bong shop. But was replaced with no questions asked. I cannot recommend them enough. Great customer service great communication and just good people. Love you guys

The bong shop is an excellent shop for those who love the good herb or herbs. There is a hugely large selection of bongs and other things relating to the herb.You name it they have it . I shop online and was amazed at all the things they have its quite remarkable. If they do not have it in stock they will get it for you. Its now a new improved shop with wheelchair access amongst many other things. It's lgbtq friendly and even though I live in another state they are so professional they manage through this pandemic to deliver my purchases on time.
