Ordered 5 days before my 40th
Ordered 5 days before my 40th, in QLD, actioned a note about importance and TBS went above and beyond, I had my package by the Friday, ordered on the Monday. With everything that's going on someone or more likely some people put in the effort to top off my b'day, couldn't be happier and will order a lot leading up to Xmas thanks again TBS & staff 👍🙏👍

Items never arrived
Items never arrived. Ordered back in July, was contacted by staff to say they were packing my order although the ceramic gargoyle was out of stock. Sent some additional money to them for the green alien head as a replacement/upgrade. Contacted them again in August and September to get an update on shipping since they hadn’t arrived but never received any further contact back. It seems they will finally respond on here once there is a negative review left after going through some others negative experiences, or maybe that’s just for show? Let’s see.
