We ordered three bongs from the bong shop, all of them came fast and just like the photos. When we received one of them the bubbler ball inside was broken off. As I emailed them to say the ball was broken inside they immediately wanted to send us a new one which came about three days later. Awesome service and trusted website.

In terms of the quality of the product and the price that was charged, I am not very happy with it. Anyone without expert knowledge of such products can touch the grinder and immediately say it’s not of very high quality.
