Paid full price for a product that has a 24 month shelf life, I received it a week after purchasing but it was already 12 months in to its use by date. I raised this concern with the bong shop but after they tried to justify selling me half a prduct at full price by trying to compare the product to a bottle of milk. They refused to offer any discount and were rather disrespectful about the whole situation.

Thank you for the order, I am happy with my pipe, but I am disappointed with the fact that I have trouble cleaning it as it is a spiral one and I have use rubbing alcohol and acetone, which is highly recommended and unfortunately there is still gunk Stuck in the neck of it at the top of the spiral just below the bowl, and so have to try and get some out after every single smoke 😞

Bought items, received all, no issues love the bong shop
Didnt even have the same size leaves or same shade of green on the leaves printed on the bong in the picture shown on the website, compared to the bong I received, it had few very large deep green leaves instead of a couple small light green leaves. Bought it as a somewhat matching bong for my boyfriend because it looked like my leaf bonza bong (same exact leaves printed on both bongs) but a gripper version, but was disappointed when i saw what it looked like when he opened it, was supposed to be a gift :(

Customer services via email wanted to help me but just couldn’t in the end.... my account was still locked out and couldn’t get through to anyone to place a phone order as I live in SA. Very disappointing. I feel as if I was pushed to the side and “too hard basket”
