They did not mention on their website or product description that not only is the Ghost Vape discontinued ...but the App to use the device efficiently has been removed from Apple and Android stores, it works at a reduced capacity on a single setting. I did reach out and ask if they had access at all to the Vape App...but i got no reply.

Thanks so much for stuffing us around Xmas. I brought a bong for a mate for Xmas completely not what it was described on the internet. Try to talk to you guys you all are useless ignored all my messages even tho I was nice as hell to you, no refund can’t even be fcked replying to me wasted 80 dollars on crap. Honestly the worst customer service ever received and so bloody rude. I want my refund. I tell everyone not to shop here only if ur after crap products NEVER AGAIN. Just a massive waste of time that I did not need at Xmas. Thank guys brilliant work
