Impressive
I am impressed with the service. I purchased an item and received it with a broken part due to the transportation. I contacted the local shop and sent to them couple of photos showing the damage and they were so friendly and understanding which was very comforting. I received a replacement virtually next day without further questions. Thank you very much...Blessings
