Highly recommended, I bought a Siemens Fridge Freezer online on Saturday, a delivery was arranged for Tuesday, I received a call 40 mins beforehand and my appliance was unpacked, sited in place and left working. All the packaging was taken away. Super swish company a bit like John Lewis was many years ago. Thank you to all for a pleasant experience.
It’s nice to read about all these happy 5 star customers with their brand new fridge freezer, I too was like them but now 3years on I’m left with a retro cream and rust bucket f/f with perished seals. Got in touch with them ( long process) to ask for wral paint no so I could try and repair it but they even refused to tell me .. turns out that there paint process is inconsistent so the colour varies. Poor customer service
Just bought a fridge freezer from the appliance company and I am totally pleased with my dealings with them from start to finish. I also spoke to them a few times and always felt valued. My fridge freezer was at a great price with a very small dent in the bottom of the door which is difficult to see. All new well packed and ready to use. Delivery was excellent (and I was kept up to date with expected delivery times) even though they had to climb several steps with it. Great communication from the company and the delivery crew. I really can’t fault my experience with them.
I purchased a fridge/freezer from them via ebay. First one they delivered was not the one I ordered and would not fit so they organised a replacement which was an upgrade so they said. When this arrived and was fitted, the fridge section was found to be faulty and the digital temperature cannot be adjusted. I'm still trying to communicate with The Appliance Company / Fridge & Freezer Co, ebay and the manufacturers to get some sort of resolution, so far to no avail so buy with caution.
I decided to give 4 stars. The fourth star is for keeping their promise to replace doors of a Liebherr fridge-freezer (LFF) purchased in May. Mid-September, the last parts, the bottom door and handle were replaced (only partly due to Liebherr's delivery time). Overall it was a stressful and time-consuming experience with 3 visits by them, emptying the FF several times and fitting parts ourselves. Jon did recognize this and sent additional accessories for the LFF for free which are very useful and appreciated. The LFF arrived in quite a different condition to what it was described on Ebay. Jon personally apologised und promised to get it sorted. We decided not to return it as it was a mission to get it into our home. Communication was strained at times as he could or would not confirm whether replacement doors were ordered. It is a trustworthy company that takes customer service serious. However, their processes are in urgent need of attention and overhaul. I don't think, I would purchase again from them simply because the customer experience was too stressful. Nevertheless, we are grateful for a happy ending!
I ordered an induction hob which was very quickly delivered by the company’s own team. Unfortunately the item was not what I was expecting but I was able to return it at no cost - collected by the same liveried van - and got a full refund with no quibbles. Good proactive communication throughout.
Purchased a Beko freezer £799 Product number 778440813 model F70420 product code FFEP3791W it’s less than two years old I purchased food last Tuesday Thursday the freezer had totally defrosted everything I lost almost £300 worth of food I was told the freezer could not cope with the hot weather I spoke with Beko asking for a gesture of goodwill regarding all of the food that has been lost They were not interested nor did they offer any explanation as to why a freezer would just die like that personally I have never experienced anything like this before luckily enough I am covered for the appliance with domestic and general but not the food I will never purchase another Beko Appliance
I won a bid for a freezer on ebay with The appliance Company, but was not informed by email.I received a phone call asking me to pay.I did on my credit card and received the freezer. Every thing was good until I tried to register the guarantee. Without an invoice the guarantee is invalid. My email was blocked.Messages on their site ignored. Two phone calls promised me I,d receive one by email within hours and still nothing.How many people are there who do not know their guarantees are invalid because they registered on line
We had a chest freezer delivered on Saturday morning, The two men, were extremely friendly and helpful, Their customer service was 100% They actually put the freezer where we wanted it, unlike a lot of deliverers that just door stop drop .. Would we buy from them again ...yes Definitely Thank you
