Excellent service - I emailed to see if the product would arrive in time and received a quick reply. I ordered it that day and it arrived as planned in very secure packaging. Would definitely buy again from here. I can’t easily buy this product elsewhere so was pleased to be able to get it.

My fault entirely. I thought I might find something that tastes a whole lot better than the stuff I bought. It really is an acquired taste. Undrinkable, for me.

Excellent service I have never used this company before and I had a little query. Tom was so helpful and answered all my questions. He even went the extra mile of upgrading my order to ensure I received my package in good time, did I mention this was at no extra cost! Excellent communication throughout. The Rum, Coconut flavour, G&T, Mojiito etc were all a hit. I blinked and they were all gone!

Great value and fantastic drinks

I am giving 1 star as I haven't even received my order yet. Can't believe it takes so long to put 5 small cans in a box and post.

Initial despatch was prompt however couriers damaged the the box in transit & returned it to sender without notifying me. When contacted Alcohol Free as package had not turned up, they traced it identified the problem & sent replacement by next day delivery so that it arrived in time even though that was Coronation Saturday. It was with me by 10.30am. That is excellent customer service. Thank you

Good range of products, easy website. Good experience, delivery was a little slow. My purchase was 2 boxes. One arrived really quickly the other sat in the delivery depot for a few days more.

I really like Pimento dry ginger with the chilli kick to it. I've just received my fourth box and I ould recommend this drink to anyone.

The company supplying the product were great. But the alcohol free ‘whiskey’ I bought was possibly the most disguised thing I’ve ever tasted. A cross between a flat dandelion and burdock meets, oh I don’t know, something truly awful 😬

quality and selection of drinks was good - and the loyalty scheme is a nice touch. Had to call as some cans of lager exploded when they opened but Tom dealt with this to our satisfaction. Delivery times are good.

I purchased a six pack of the Pine Trail Pale Ale after seeing it on Love Your Weekend with Alan Titchmarsh. The guests were very enthusiastic about it but I'm afraid I'll be reverting to my other 0% beers as I was very disappointed with it. I know it's not easy with these products but on a better note the service was excellent.

I am still yet to hear on the incomplete contents of my order for which I was charge but not sent items and have contacted sales email at the company multiple times but no acknowledgment. Such a shame

I put my order in and the next day it was sent to me by courier and i got it a couple of days later. The packaging was superb. Lots of choice for those who prefer alcohol free drinks.
