My package was delivered quickly and the delivery man was very polite

Could be a good thing, but unfortunately it's completely let down by the choice of courier which is parcelforce! I am disabled and rely on family to grab my parcels from a safe place on my property, (which every single other courier does) but parcelforce refused outright to do this, they have no option to do so, and I was told it's not company policy. Annoying as I was really looking forward to having a monthly subscription, but I've since cancelled them along with my card details.

Good you had in stock exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was quick and the whole process was faultless

Alcohol Free are great with a good selection, efficient service, and a good website. But they use Parcelforce for the deliveries and although I've always received the delivery it has been a mixed experience with about 2/5 deliveries not arriving at the time, or even day that Parcelforce tell me it is going to arrive.

Order processing and delivery process all went very well

Fairly slow delivery but, more disappointing is the taste of the ‘wine’. I had hoped for a much better product. Perhaps you could advise me on which of your reds is most like a Shiraz?

Beware of unscrupulous business practices. This business automatically adds all emails to their spam list (though you can opt out) AND also shares your personal data with unspecified other company's [sic] which you cannot opt out of. This latter is illegal. Email address will automatically be added to our mailing list and all postage address are on a password protected computer. To opt out of mailing list please contact us on [email adress] or unsubscribe on the newsletters that are sent out. Your email address may be shared with other company’s that follow the same philosophies that we do when it comes to ‘mindful drinking and entertainment’.

Nothing wrong with the delivery or customer experience, but the whissin , whisky alternative tasted like sweet syrup, yuk.

As a non drinker I have found your selection and service excellent. I enjoy a more grown up drink which you offer. Just as an aside, I am diabetic and the low sugar and no sugar choices are limited. Another company that blatantly breaches GDPR.

I purchased Sobour - Bourbonesque, 100% Alcohol-Free Whiskey Alternative and Glen Dochus - Island Blend, 100% Alcohol-Free Whisky Alternative, 700ml Both of these drinks are completely undrinkable. I paid £50.97 I wish I’d thrown in the street for someone to pickup and buy food with it. I have actually poured it down the sink after only one sip of each. I like 00 Guinness because it has the flavour however the above two bottles taste worse than medicine.

I can't drink alcohol so really pleased to have found your gins I love them.

Great availability of products. Tried some new drinks. Amstel radler was great. So was the grolsch radler.
