Ordered a bottle of "whiskey" which hadn't arrived after the stated 5 working days. I emailed the company, just to ask if they could track the parcel, which they did that day (Sunday) and told me it hadn't left the postal depot. To ensure I received my order they sent another bottle out 1st class signed for delivery. Both bottles arrived the same day but the company told me to keep them both by way of apology at the delay......which was not their fault. Very happy with the speed of ordering and level of customer service.
