Test Strip Buyers

The first two months I used this company was great , however I can not say the same for the last three . This time my package was marked delivered and left with an individual. After contacting them the next business day when no payment arrived I was told that it was not delivered the day it was said that the delivery was made and my payment would not be done until Monday. I called the local post office that delivers their mail and was told it was delivered the day it was marked delivered (Wednesday). So now my payment is not being made the next business day like the website clearly says. I was told my payment should be done by Monday! Even if it was delivered on Thursday the next business day is Friday. So obviously they don't hold up to the word of paying the next day claiming to be the fastest. And the last time my payment was not in full because the box was damaged when it was perfectly fine and packed great when I sent it. So I will be choosing another place from here on out. I'd then at your own n risk !!!!

I am about to send my sensors in with a reader. the woman who was a customer service lady was very nice on the phone. I am very nervous based on Alot of the review. I have 8 libra 2 sensors and the sensors that reads them in brand new in the box condition. If you see this please RECONFIRM THE PRICE OF $40 FOR THE SENSOR AND RECONFIRM THE READER

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! FRAUD!!! These are some of the most dishonest people I've encountered in a customer service business. My mother sent in her unused diabetic supplies and was told the payout would be half or none of what she sent in. They advertise a rate for some CGM supplies yet when they got them she said they were some type of "government" supplies even though they came from a national drug supplier. They take these supplies and sell them at 5x the rate they pay for them to increase profit margin ls they cheat the consumer. The "older" lady I talked to try and resolve this issue was so belligerent and rude that it was like she was saying "yeah, I'm screwing you and there's nothing you can do about it!" I've never been talked to the way this woman talked to me about MY money. I even have pictures of the products I sent in and she is telling me that she doesn't care. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND LAUGH AT YOU ON THE PHONE!!!!! It's incredible the audacity of the lady I spoke to.

Teststripbuyers speak on being Honest when they stole half of my Money. I sent in 2 perfect boxes with perfect dates worth 200 strips and they sent me Only half the Money $50.00 when I normally get $100.00,they also Lied and said another Company with the same Address and name got my strips ,and that's what "they Pay" Yeah A Stupid Lie that A 5yr old can see through...Please People DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..Thankyou!!!

They are liars. They do not pay. They invent excuses for not paying. I send 3 boxes in perfect condition and only pay one.

I sent you a box w 2 test strip boxes, and 1 lancet box. My total is supposed to be $102.00. It's been over a week, and i know FOR SURE that i gave u guys the CORRECT paypal account. I have been using this SAME ACCOUNT for roughly 7 years. This was over a week ago. I took pictures of the transaction, and my pictures are date stamped! Someone PLEASE CONTACT ME!! Where do I begin?? Each person you speak to contradicts the other. I sent strips over a week ago to them and paid attention to the tracking, order got there and sat on hold because they never went to pick it up to late Friday. No payment was made for 5 days and when it was they sent it to the wrong place. I was instructed to provide the information and I did. "They said that isn't how it works" I have no way to access someone else's PayPal, but to them I can!! I have no proof they even sent money at all. I filed a claim with BBB, they called and had me file a 2nd one and advised me to go to my local police. The BBB has gotten multiple complaints recently and don't be surprised if they get shut down!! I was informed by customer service to send it in box!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET PAID!!

Always on point! I've been dealing with them probably 2 years maybe more if there is a problem which I've never had any major ones they corrected immediately! Information is updated immediately they go out of their way to help you answer any questions you have this is the only place in my book to trust to sell your unused equipment and get a fast pay for your items . 100% satisfied keep up the good work

I sent in a scratcher that should have been worth ten dollars but I didn’t get that money. I sent in two packages with good dates and in perfect condition but was given less on one for some reason.

This the is the first time I ever sold my unused strips and it’s definitely something new but I can get use to it and I like the cash because I can use it for gas. So thank you for the last payment although it took me five days to go through my bank but I finally got it and another kit of supplies are on the way. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part. This is an excellent way to get rid of strips that you don't need and give back to someone who can use them at a lower price. I had received an overabundance of another set I don't use. When I tried to return them, I was told "Just save them for later." Because I didn't use that brand, and already had plenty of the one I use, I used Test Strip Buyers. Everything I had was bought and I got rid of them (all new) instead of collecting dust.
