Test Strip Buyers

Their process is very disjointed. Their payouts are slightly better, but their process is awful. I would think twice about selling with them again. There are tons of companies buying surplus diabetic supplies, so they need to implement some basic improvements. A lot of other commenters say they are scammers, and I’m inclined to agree. They tried to claim I had damaged packages. That’s not even possible, bc I had pictures to prove it. Make sure you take pictures and confirm the money you are supposed to receive before you mail in your items. Get it in writing!! The customer service lady will tell you that she doesn’t have access to their emails (which is odd, or she’s lying), but she will do her best to get you squared away. Everything was eventually worked out, but I had to spend too much time on the phone with them to get things straight. If you want a streamlined and honest process, you may want to consider another company.

We have sold to this company for a few years. Due to an insurance change. My husband's brand of test strips changed. I was disappointed in our payout. We knew it would be less. Definitely not the less we received. Not sure at this point it is even worth the effort to send them in. I checked the prices of the new test strips before sending them in. The payout didn't match the advertisement on the website.

You won't get payed

I Been A Loyal Customer To This Company For Years sending in Much Product and This Got To Be The Most Greediest Company That Has Became Disrespectful, Scammers, Don't Respond, Don't Answer The Phone, Hold Your Packages To Long, Don't Process Nothing nor Tell U About Recieved packages or Out going Checks. So, When a Company Gives Faithful Customers The Finger....That's When You Leave Um....Because They Built That Company on Customers....The Same CUSTOMERS That Got Them Up There. This Company Has Became NOTHING 🚫!!!! Update: Even After Writing the Review...Some Owner If Test Strip Buyers Called....STILL RUDE!!! So, They will Never Get My Business AGAIN!!! & still Got 3 Checks and Have NOT RECEIVED Neither.

I sent in 3 boxes to sell .they didn't want to pay the price that was advertised. So they say my boxes was damaged which isn't true because I wouldn't have sent them if they where. Then I call to solve the problem. And get an attitude from who ever it was that answered. There's a lot of companies that pay more with better customer service don't waste your time.

Well I'm awaiting. This will be only the second time I've used these guys first time they surprised me they were so quick I think it was like less than a week this time seems to be going on two weeks we're going to see how it goes hope he keeps going the way it did cuz I seem to have got a little extra money and it was nice so we'll see I'm just putting this in hoping they see it and go ahead and send me put my money in my PayPal account I'm actually going to have a banking account here in a minute but for this one here it's got to go into my PayPal account we'll see smiles everybody I trust them so far 49ers yeah man

Well, I've been dealing with this company for a few months now and at first they delivered quick. I got my payment the next day. But since then they have been slacking. They blamed it on cashapp saying that cashapp only allows them to send out a certain amount of money so I changed to paypal because they said PayPal doesn't do that. Well, it's been 3 days now and I still haven't received my payment. Now I guess it's going to be PayPal fault I haven't gotten my payment. I'm going to try a different company next time and see how they do.
