I like the way they deliver things really fast and it is a very good company
Do not do business with this company. They will not pay for what you send them. They will claim damages when there was none just not to have to pay you the full amount. When you call to complain they just hang up on you. This is not a professional company at all.there are plenty of good companies out there. This is not one.
Ive used "webuyteststrips" several times. All has been good. Then, I noticed they can pay me with an ACH bankwire. That would be faster than mailing their check to me and having to deposit it. Nope. Not at all. From the date of the email telling me they received my shipment, until the day the check was deposited into my bank was 7 days. Using an ACH to receive my payment? At least 7 days, it may be more, I still dont have their payment. WTF?? Seriously wrong manner of handling ACH payments.
I love this company, they really care about their customers and when I email them they answer right back and everyone is very nice. I really appreciate that very much!!!
i SENT IN A LOT OF STRIPS A FEW WEEKS AGO AND GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT A CHECK WAS ON THE WAY AND WOULD BE HERE BY THE 16TH AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE NEW KIT OR THE CHECK.THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM I HAVE HAD WITH YOUR COMPANY I GUESS IT'S TIME TO FIND A BETTER PLACE TO SEND MY STRIPS OR MAYBE JUST DONATE THEM TO A WORTHY CAUSE.
Still nothing. No check no package. Got a response, with tracking numbers click on the tracking number link nothing comes of it won't send any Thing else until this is resolved.

Very slow for PayPal payments. First time. Item was said to be delivered on a Friday no payment till Monday the next week. This time post office informed package was delivered on Monday to mail room or front desk. Still no payment was informed by text strip buyers staff to check for payment on Thursday this week. SMH. Shouldn’t take this long unless they have only 2 employees
