Terrible all round. Parcel never made from France to UK, tracking didn't update for 40+ days. Instead of sending out another pair they insisted on waiting for dpd to confirm the loss which took 50 days. Now too late to source some boots. Avoid even though they are cheaper then UK.
WARNING! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FAILURE TO REFUND ITEM. I ordered a pair of ski trousers a month ago now and the parcel never arrived. It’s clearly lost in transit and Speck are refusing to give me a refund after patiently waiting for a month now. Do not bother with this website.

I had been looking to buy an Osprey Xenith 88 backpack for months, they're discontinued, replaced by a more expensive model. Speck Sports was the only place in Europe that has them available. I was hesitant to purchase one from another country in case of a problem but did on Monday. Three days later it arrived in brand new condition, carefully packed and at an incredible price. I am so happy to have found Speck Sports, now I can take my dream trip. I will definitely purchase from them again, thank you very much!
Colis jamais livré et ne sera remboursé que quand le transporteur aura remboursé Speck-Sport... Autrement dit plus qu'à patienter quelques années... Aucune connaissance du transport, contact client inexistant si pas de relance ou autres... Si les produits sont similaires à la qualité du service il faut passer son chemin.
Suite à défaillance de Snowleader qui est incapable de communiquer et d'expédier dans les délais, je me suis adressé à Speck sports qui m'a envoyé mes skis en moins de 24h. Commandés le 03/02 à 10h43, livré par DPD le 04/02 à 10h30!!!! Certes le stock n'est pas toujours à jour et 2 de mes commandes ont été annulées, mais globalement, j'ai eu affaire à une équipe réactive qui a fait tout son possible. Un très bon site pour ceux qui souhaitent recevoir leurs skis avant leur départ en vacances!
Ordered new skis and sticks with 50 and 30% discount respectively. Shipment to Belgium. Shipment took a bit long, but they shipped it the wrong way first. After 1,5 week they arrived, but unfortunately the skis and sticks were damaged upon arrival. Had to spent +-50 euros extra to fix the skis. It took 3 mails before getting a response of Speck Sports, but in the end they handled the reparation. Overall a slower than expected, but decent service
J'ai commandé le 27 juillet 2021 un drap de soie seat to summit qui était en solde, et je l'ai reçu aujourd'hui le 30 juillet 2021. Le colis est arrivé à la poste en bon état, bien emballé, je suis donc satisfait du produit acheté et de ma 1ere expérience avec ce site que je recommande. Si les prix ne sont pas trop élevés, je pense que je recommanderais certaines choses pour mon sac de randonnée sur ce même site, tout dépendra des prix mais dans l'ensemble, je suis plutôt satisfait et je recommande. Bon site, bon prix. Mais j'ai commandé des sksi et des peaux, les peaux étaient censés être tailéles pour mes skis mais elles sont arrivées non taillées... Donc un peux décu, car je vais devoir me déplacer et payer 15 euros.
