Smart Estate Agent is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication.
I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Very fast and professional response to a reported boiler issue. Within 24 hours a new boiler had been installed. Doug handled everything extremely well

Smart have always offered stellar service from the start, and continue to do so once you’re into the property. A recent example of going above the call of duty was when Doug came out himself to fix a maintenance issue I couldn’t resolve and would have taken another few days for a technician to attend.

Excellent +++ Very professional and very quick to resolve any issues when renting a property from them. Any problems were solved that day.
