I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Itβs been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.
Right from my househunting this summer to finding a property, and now to living in one, Smart has been a good partner. Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. Great Estate Agents, and lovely people to deal with. I personally think that communication is vital and I can confirm that Smart ticked all the boxes in this area and more. Our experience with Smart has been extremely positive. All of the team have been good, Emily has handled the majority of our correspondence and viewings since we had an offer accepted on a house and she is quick to respond, efficient, helpful and friendly. Buying a house has led us into contact with a variety of estate agents and we have found Smart to be the most honest and straightforward.
