I found this company professional, efficient and helpful. I asked them to find tenants for a house after which I would then manage the tenancy. This was accomplished within my timescale and any query I had always received a prompt response. I would certainly recommend this Company to any landlord .

Just had a viewing today of a flat with Poppy. She was very lovely and helpful. She answered all our questions and was very open and honest about any faults in the property which was greatly appreciated. Itβs been really easy getting in touch with the staff at Smart Estate and they are all very nice and professional.

Of course, I did come across other agents while viewing houses, but Poppy really set herself apart with her warmth, empathy, intelligence, promptness, and helpfulness. I am currently a tenant in a property managed by Smart estate agents. I currently have an issue with the drain on the bath. It has now been over a week with having to shower while standing in grey water and emptying as much water as I can with a saucepan into the sink. I have chased Smarts for an update but my emails have been unanswered and no information has been added to the app that you have to use for maintenance issues
