Very speedy and responsive to my Cancellation request,

When my husband fell and broke his hip, I thought no big deal but when the hospital transferred him to a larger hospital I knew something big was going on. The following day fixed his hip. Cool. But the next day we find out my husband had pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma which is an aggressive form of cancer… anyway my husband is home with hospice and I needed to cancel many subscriptions out of necessity because frankly subscriptions are the least of my worries but I knew I wouldn’t have much time on my hands… I cancelled my subscription and it was easy unlike many I’m trying to cancel. Nick got back with me and told me I can still use everything until my subscription ended, he absolutely was great and I appreciate the ease of cancelling and the fast response! Thank you Nick and Sky Fluence!

I had to email three times before my login worked,

It takes a little getting used to, and I like it. The only thing I have a question about would be my undertone because it says cool, and I think my undertone is warm. I’m always trying to counteract it. Anyway, I am a cosmetologist of over 22 years. I think it’s a good tool, especially if you’ve gotten into a different phase of your life or you’re new to make-up.

The app didn’t fully meet my expectations, as the advertising felt a bit different from the actual experience. It wasn’t the right fit for me, but I do appreciate how supportive and helpful the customer service team was. .
