after months of trying to cxl agent finally took care of it and refunded monies

i am shocked that you charged me money to cancel.....this is a scam not helpful...not at all what it reportedly does dont do this becasue too expensive to cancel

While it took many emails to final get resolution, follow up and help was offered. The cancellation policy online stated a “cancelation pop up”in the profile would “pop up” and did not happen after numerous attempts and my pop up blocker was NOT on. GPH

Well finally my subscription is cancelled after trying for 2 months of money coming out of my card I hope you don’t take any more money out

Genuinely nice professional people

While customer service was attentive and helpful, i was given more services rather than a refund. Since it is a service i did not want to use; it really didnt resolve anything.

Your product looks good . I was sort of interested and when I went to PayPal I read the terms , then decided I didn’t want it . ( subscription) I closed the tab , not confirming the purchase and it was processed . ( ccard)

I dealt directly with Sky Fluence customer service and the whole process was so easy and stress free. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything straightforward. Tutorials are so helpful Highly recommend!

Fast reply with my request to cancel. Although I don’t feel confident about my credit card not being charged for future charges. By them Saying I successfully cancelled my subscription , doesn’t always mean it actually will be cancelled.

Wish was given more on how to apply and brushes

I was not impressed with the company charging me for an even more expensive service after cancelling my subscription. I asked for a refund and fortunately, I was told if I had left a review I would get a refund. I was skeptical as I wanted a refund prior to leaving a review. However, I was told this was the process. I left a review and was disappointed to be told only 50% of the refund would be issued. Once again, my trust was not promising with this company, however, after I raised this issue and the negative reviews on trustpilot - I was granted a full refund and assured cancelation to future subscriptions. I am grateful for Jen and Elizabeth who came thru with integrity in the end.

Skyfluence was very courteous, and they replied in an extremely timely manner which I really appreciated.

The overall pricing is too high for the amateur user however they have very good customer service.
