If I could give it zero stars, I would. The most frustrating app. I hated it and the effort you had to put in to skip over stuff you aren’t interested in. It wasn’t at all what I expected and I hated it. I told them immediately. I knew I was out $10 buck - no worries. I tried to cancel through their app. Selected cancel. It sends them a message. They replied and said to send back the email I received when I signed up. I did - with a note that I wanted to cancel. Nothing happened. I sent another message through the app. Same response. Again. Here we sit a few days later and I’m still not cancelled. I am disputing through my credit card company, but I have to wait for the actual charge to hit my card before I can “dispute.” Save yourself the time, money and headache. Its garbage.
They listened and helped through the process, gave me the steps to do it on my end but when I had issues didn’t not push back and got it taken care of!
They processed by cancellation as requested. This would be a great app for amateurs.
