I tried it out for 9.99, wasn't great but ok. immediately on the same day I cancelled. A month later I get a $55 dollar charge. I notify them right away and they say my reasons for requesting the refund was not covered in their money back guarantee. I emailed them again indicated I never signed up for any ongoing service. They tell me they have cancelled me, wont charge me further, offered some additional perks that I didn't request But they did not refund my money. Im going to have to contact my bank to dispute.
