I was charged for an extra month but the support team offered a 12 month plan instead cause they couldn’t refund

The customer service was great helpful without hassle after the initial login was fixed. However the tutorials on application of the products wasn't very helpful to me with the way my features are. I have hooded eyelids and nothing on that. They included a lot lip application videos and I don't use anything on my lips. Maybe questions about those or other specific topics would have been helpful. Also the products list for me to purchase for better skin cost an much as a months rent. Outrageous with the already high cost of living. So looking and feeling good now also comes with a wallet breaking price tag. That's sad.

I couldn’t get a refund but I was able to get a whole year subscription so they handled it well. Not the intended outcome but still not the worst.

I didn’t really embrace it. I wanted to wear make up more and wanted hints and tips. The app looked good and useful, if someone was truly motivated it would be a great resource

I left one star because I’m unable to leave a big fat ZERO!! Scam alert they offer a trial to rob your info and secretly charge your account. Good luck getting your money back even if you don’t ever click and use the BS they say they have they are thieves robbed me for $53.00!! You have been warned!!! They are SCUMBAG POS!! Keep an eye on your accounts for secret charges!!! Customer Service were arrogant female dogs I said it!!

I just can't complain coz im a little confused....I don't remember seeking assistance or requesting help.

They were quick to answer my question. The email was friendly. Both are important to me.
