Great Product, poor delivery visibility
Great Product (Tilt n Turn handles). No visibility of order delivery or carrier at point of order or after. After a week passed I queried status of order with their Customer Services. Was informed then, expected to be delivered within 14 days. If outside of this period, to get back in contact. Parts arrived 2 days later. Would have appreciated better visibility from start to finish to manage my expectation and need. Additionally 10 days for delivery in this day and age is a long leadtime.

Can't recommend at all.
In the last few months I have had 2 really disappointing encounters with Anglian. First we arranged to have someone come and quote some changes to our ageing Anglian conservatory. We had to chase an update on the quote for weeks with many calls and follow-ups promised, but never happened. When the salesman was at our property he assured us we could get a replacement handle for the patio door on the website. We went ahead and ordered one only to find it did not fit. I contacted customer care and got a blunt response to say we can't find a file for your address and we can't help you.
