Order has gone missing by yodel. SHEIN customer service is terrible . Keep asking me to contact yodel when I have already done this and they have confirmed item is missing . SHEIN customer service are not helping they keep telling me they yodel will deliver. Terrible service

No problems. Came between the times I was given.

Ordered an ornamental incense holder, on arrival it was missing the part that holds the incense. Contacted Shein & asked if another could be sent out, I was advised they could only refund, looked online to see if I could order another & the price had more than doubled!

Ib had plenty of items from shein , best thing to do is check others reviews on there first before purchasing as they usually add photos . Yes it can be a little annoying , you see something think great that is a bargain but go checkout and it's so much more , look , check first . Puppy game is good I'm on my 4th go and almost finished for some winter boots , its the last time as its storage issues on my phone almost 3gb its taking

I've been doing daily check ins and no points added to my account I've bought alot and clicked receive and no points added and also reviewed and no points added. I've spoken to shein and they are making any excuse so not helping. Poor service and really unhelpful so awaiting my new order then il close as spending money with no points yet others are

I buy quite a lot of Shein, the delivery is very good I've never waited any longer than 2 weeks. I do find the sizes are very hit and miss even though I go by the size guide, I bought exactly the same item but in different colours both the same size one was a lot smaller than the other. The return process is easy, and the refund system quick. Overall very satisfied
