Great service some items arrive within a few dats. Items purchased were true to size and as described and v good quality the top is lovely I would have pregerref if all my purchases delivered at the same time though as all items purchased for a wedding

Received a package from SHEIN most of the items were damaged or wrong so I returned them in the same large package as originally in but they are saying that they only received 3 small items I have a picture of the package also a picture of it with an Evri person but they are still not refunding me apparently this is happening to a lot of people ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AVOID THIS COMPANY

The clothes as always a mixed bag ,some excellent value and others with really bad materials,but at this price what do we expect. I love being able to try on and send back easily.the delivery time is excellent and condition of products good .my only real complaint is that I seem to lose any points I've earned because of returning a item for loyalty that's not good shien I order at least once a month id like to keep some points instead of being minus 700

Most of the time I can get what I want from Shein, and the price is reasonable. But I have to be honest. When I order a dress, it come so crushed up that I wondered why I purchased it. But most other stuff comes neatly packaged, do that's why I keep trying. But overall it is a very good site to purchase from and I do recommend it.
