I placed a $500 order for my twin daughter’s 16th birthday. I received $200 worth of items because they shipped my items in multiple packages at multiple times, I never received the rest of my order and was told by SHEIN that I signed for the package and that it was delivered. I provided video and picture proof that the package was never received and SHEIN said that they would give me an adjustment. I have been waiting for 2 months for the adjustment, I have reached out over hundred times and now SHEIN is ignoring me and refuses to give me an adjustment. I spend hundreds of dollars with SHEIN each month and to be treated in this manner is a huge disappointment and I will never shop here again. They ruined my daughter’s birthday and they are scamming people out of their money, I have filed a lawsuit against them and if anyone else has been scammed by them can join the lawsuit. They have to be held accountable for their actions! I’m very unsatisfied and have found a way better place to shop that cares about their customers!

Too many emails,I know they are there if I decide to buy from them. I hate getting harassed and bombarded by constant emails at least twice a day.

Item was delivered to wrong address. Photo taken by delivery company (Yodel) as “proof” of delivery was not my front door. Yodel also claimed that the parcel was signed for, yet they left it hanging out of the letter box from where it was no doubt very quickly stolen. Yodel have yet to provide me with a copy of the signature, probably because they never got one. Neither SHEIN nor Yodel have accepted responsibility for their mistake insisting the parcel was “signed for and successfully delivered”. Despite sending photos of my front door and photos of the wrong door taken by Yodel, they both maintain the parcel was successfully delivered. I have been buying from SHEIN for years, but I will not be buying from them again. It’s just too risky. I definitely do not recommend!

SHEIN doesn’t give any solutions they give credit and when people use different phones with the same address they freeze their wallet when there’s nothing suspicious about this and they took away my £90 credit . The costumer service sucks and Temu is way better than this Temu doesn’t block people and actually solves .

All in all it wasn't too bad, but to do one order and have two separate parcels is fine, but not when they are dispatched together yet turn up on different days.

I’ve shopped with SHEIN twice now and have spent over £1,000 all items showed up on time and was all there definitely love using SHEIN

Happy with products

I have been ordering from shein for a long time and have spent a lot of money. I went on holiday to jamaica a couple of weeks ago and was ordering outfits for my grandkids and getting them sent to my daughters address in London. As I don't live near her and it was quicker. I have come back and I now have a temporary hold on my account and am not allowed to order. I pay a lot of money to shein but to be told that and now I cannot order is so wrong !!! No body from Shein is helping me iv called and raised a ticket and no one can help. Absolutely ridiculous to be treated like this. Maybe writing this review will get me some help !!!

Some items were missing from my order. Also I was sent 2 lots of the same ear rings and 2 of the same necklace and charged for them when I only ordered one of each. I was sent a very cheap looking navy t shirt dress that I would not wear instead of a pair of black trousers which I ordered and one pair of trousers that arrived was very poor quality around the fastening the material was bulky and did not line up with the top of the trousers when fastened it sits above the belt line. Items arrived very creased and smelling very foul. Quite disappointed with this order and the quality of the products. I also dont like that the price increased as soon as they were put in the basket.

The clothing fitted fine but I was charged more for items than they were advertised at. Shorts at £2.16 were on my invoice at £4.71 per pair X2 pairs and dresess on the web site at £4.89 were on my invoice for £8.48 & £8.25. Yes it’s still cheap but misleading to sell then charge for twice as much

Didn't receive item. Label must have fell off my item and stuck to someone else's. This was delivered to me, I found the correct address underneath it, wasn't difficult as label very wonky, and dropped it off. Still missing my stool@

The cards were squashed and parts of the delivery was missing.
