Delivery was very quick.

Wasn't as described. Was 7 tier I ordered and 3 tier arrived. Asked to refund 1 as ordered 2 and both would have made a 7 tier considering both boxes were open and really unable to repack. They refuse to refund one they want to send bk. That's to much hassle, I just won't use this site again

Ordered 3 sets of pyjamas from shein, all in the same size. However when opened and compared sizes they were wildly different in size. 2 were way too big for me, but sending them back is going to be costly and not worth returning. Waste of money all round.

Second time haven’t received my order

I have used SHEIN for several years however they have recently suspended my account as there has been ‘suspicious activity’ on the account. I have been unable to get any information as to what is happening, and this has been going on for just under a month. I have been concerned there was an issue with my card so have sent at least 12 e mails which have all been answered by Customer Services with platitudes, no explanation and I still have no idea why there was a problem with the card !! To add insult to injury they have taken the payment for the SHEIN club OFF THE SAME CARD! Don’t deal with this company they are idiots !

Never had a problem with Shein. Anything I have ever had to return has been refunded promptly.

Nice quality items which arrived on time however 2 t shirts I ordered showed as bright white on the photos but when they arrived they were cream. I still like them but was disappointed.

I have always had a good experience with Shein. Quick delivery, good communication and the items tend to be to my satisfaction. They have improved their online customer service procedure which is a plus.
