Very poor customer service! Tried to return 30 days after some shoes but couldn’t as they only got 30 days return policy! Immaculate and got tags everything and the sizes are way off scale ! I stucked with them now and suggesting to re sell them which they should be doing ! Very angry and disappointed!

Do not order or trust this site. Every garment received had issues from wrong sizes, seems coming apart, and products that just do not match the photos on their site because genuine linen is replaced by cheap replicas in your order. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Good website, great price and excellent service. The clothes arrived quickly and were really easy to return. Good quality clothes, well worth the price.

I am always a bit nervous about ordering from somewhere new but we received our order quicker than delivery time stated and just wanted to say how happy I am with the dress. We ordered the frosted pink flower girl dress- Annabel. The dress is such good quality, fits perfectly, true to sizing, looks lovely on and such a great price. So glad we ordered and will definitely recommend to friends.

Fake, scam, don't trust them

Great service and would highly recommend. I needed some advice with sizing, as my children were in between sizes on the sizing chart. I got a very quick response via email and was given clear advice. The suits arrived within 3 days and were really good quality and fit really well. Would definitely use again.

I recently ordered 3 suits for my son and the paige boys at my wedding. I could not believe the quality of them when they arrived. We had to send one back as it was two small for my nephew so I contacted Roco clothing via fb I had a quick response from a lady named Charlotte who went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this company not juat for the quality but for there excellent customer service. 👍 from me

I was a bit wary after reading the reviews but decided to go with it and hope for the best and so glad I did. I ordered the stone suit with the shirt and other accessories on 29/02/24, it arrived on 02/03/24 but I could not collect it until 04/03/24. Everything went to plan. One really good quality, well packed, beautiful looking suit delivered. Very happy son and an extremely happy mother. Thank you.

Scam that doesn't return your money

I placed an order on the 29/01/24 on behalf of my friend who was looking for a suit for his son to attend a dinner. My friend was desperate in finding a suit.I recommended Roco clothing based on customer reviews. While I purchased two pairs of dinner suits, I chose next day delivery by 12 midday with extra charges simply because my friend was travelling today 30/01/24 and had to be at the airport latest 17:00. We waited for the delivery from morning till 15:10 without anyone showing up to deliver the goods. My friend travelled without the suits and both of us were very very disappointed. This is my first experience with Roco clothing and it’s disappointing. They took my money for a service they can’t provide. The little boy will not attend the dinner as my friend cannot travel with the suits. I have never felt this disappointed by an online retailer. I am very angry at Roco Clothing

Wow this company is shocking!!! I sent a return with 48hr tracking. Item has been received by them but no confirmation email or any information about the status of my refund and there’s nobody you can call either. They do beautiful suits but is it really worth the hassle if you need to change it?… noooo

Avoid at all costs! I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses, I kept 2 and sent one back. It was tracked delivery and I seen the company received it after a few days. This was around 6 weeks ago and I have had to contact them 4 or 5 times now asking where my refund is. They told me my refund was processed and to wait for my money. They’ve said this every time I’ve contacted them yet I still haven’t received my refund. I have contacted my bank for fraud! Disgusting company and disgusting customer service! Would absolutely NOT reccommend!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Will never order anything from this company and will advise anyone to do the same. I have never had an experience like this in my life. Stealing money from their customers!

I ordered a suit for my 2 year old and it was amazing. Came packaged beautifully and in its own little suit bag! My son is quite a big boy for his age and 3-4 is a little snug on his waist but the rest of it fits amazing so I’d definitely say it’s true to size. I can’t fault them especially when other sites are asking for £50 just for the suit jacket for a toddler, It’s everything I could have asked for and more, it’s a rarity to buy something online without flaws. So thanks Rocco!

Website tells you to call ASAP if needing to cancel an order befor their wearhous processes the order but don't provide a phone number. Found a number here but auto voice states they don't take phone calls. Meaning my only option is to send it back wen it comes and be out of pocket for delivery and returns postage as they state they do not refund delivery. Excellent quality suit for my young son. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I had to return but they were super speedy with refunding and communication. Would definitely use them again!
