Restaurant Kits

Delivered a day late without explanation. Dessert had mouldy cream. Not convinced about the freshness of the other ingredients so we binned the lot. Restaurant Kits offered a £5 credit note for the £50 meal that we had to bin! Very poor. I won't be dealing with them again.

Burger kit delivered contained turkey patties not buttermilk turkey as described on the website. As the buttermilk turkey was the main reason for the purchase this mistake was reported, but I received no response until posting publicly on their facebook page. Even then the response was that they would take no responsibility for the incorrect information and offer no gesture of goodwill whatsoever, despite admitting to the mistake.

it was good once cooked but some of the ingredients arrived all limp and bashed about, so we had to buy again, the avocado was pierced and had gone brown inside due to this, so we had to buy again. I expected more when you spend so much for 1 meal

I will give no stars if possible. They did not take any responsiblity regarding the delivery of my order. Both times, my order was dumped on the pavement on a main road eventough instructions were given to leave it in reception.

Really loved it. The restaurant kits were amazing and delicious and the customer service team were so attentive assisting with a few issues I ran into. Kirsty especially was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!!!

I ordered a beef wellington kit, but for reasons totally out with the control of the company, the kit arrived late. The staff replied back to me very quickly and readily acknowledged the food safety issue and advised me not to consume it. They were very apologetic and offered to send out a replacement. They went above and beyond to ensure that this replacement kit arrived in good time and it did. When the kit arrived, it did not disappoint... It was well packed and insulated. It contained everything that I needed to prepare the meal (including a temperature probe). The ingredients were of a great quality too and much of it was pre-prepared and/or measured out (pastry, crepe, duxelle, jus, egg yolk, mustard). I just needed to construct the wellington and cook it, cook the vaccum packed potatoes and then mash them and finally, warm up the jus and serve. The pack contained easy to follow instructions and it wasn't long before I was eating a restaurant quality meal that I had cooked in my own kitchen. The meal kit itself was worthy of a five star review, however, I would like to highlight the fantastic standard of customer service that this company provides. I am happy to accept that sometimes, customer expectations are not met, and in this case, it was the delivery time of my initial order. Although disappointed at not being able to enjoy the beef wellington kit when I hoped to do so, the customer service I received more than made up for this. The staff replied to my emails very quickly, often with a couple of hours. They acknowledged the problem and sounded genuinely interested in trying to rectify the issue for me. They kept in contact with me throughout until I had received the replacement pack. My definition of good customer service is not so much about the interaction being problem free, to me, it's more about how a company reacts once they are made aware of a problem. I have to say, this experience has left me feeling very impressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. A great quality product backed up by great quality customer service

We ordered a Corazon kit from Restaurant Kits for my son's birthday during lockdown and it could not have been easier. The website was easy to use, the food was delicious and I thought good value. We put on our sombreros, drank Margaritas and had a very fun, stress free evening! I would definitely order again.

Great food, good value and easy to make. Overall we had a great experience.

If anything goes wrong in transit it will somehow become your fault and you'll get offered a discount that's not worth it in the slightest. If items are missing or damaged surely it's their responsibility, I shouldn't be the one taking the hit here and unfortunately that's what's happened. Really poor.
