Taste was fine but it was so dense that it coated my mouth and sat in my stomach for ages which is what i hate about alot of sports nutrition. Not even drinking ot eating a banana cleansed my palet. Sorry not for me!

I have never been into this sort of fuel / energy, however you don't have to be an extreme athlete to use this product,We use it on dives that have long decompression times, however this product has an everyday use even if you work in an office ( Helps to stay calm and Alert) , I would strongly recommend you try this product even if you are unsure.

I use the Energise & Rebuild before workouts, football and cricket. As a 50+ year old man, I need all of the help I can get! I like the boost it gives me to sustain performance, and it is actually tasty. I use Calm & Rebuild in the evening afterwards to help with recovery. You may need hydration at the same time - othwise it can take a little time to fully ingest This is a great product - I highly recommend it
