Rentokil's representative arrived on time for every appointment. He was running late for one appointment, having been held up at a previous job but messaged to advise of his delay. He was polite, considerate and listened to what I had to say. He kept me fully informed about what he was doing and what would be happening on future visits.

Considering the messy job they were doing, the two technicians were remarkably cheerful and thorough. They explained everything and were careful. The service is not cheap but the fouling had accumulated over years, so others refused to tackle it and I am grateful for a good job done.

Myself and the staff at our premises in Wigan are so grateful for our site technician Michael Walsh from branch 52- Liverpool. He is amazingly reliable and very respectful, nothing is ever an inconvenience to him. He has looked after our site for over a year now and has always got rid of our pests!
