Last week I phoned bham city center…

Last week I phoned bham city center salon to be told I’ll get a call back re a hair appointment query I did not get a call back I called back today a male answered and he was so rude absolutely disgusting telephone manner I would not step into that salon

Highlights gone wrong ! GatesHead Metro Centre

My daughter paid £170 for highlights . Her appointment was at 11.00 Christmas Eve ! She didn't leave until 3.30 . My daughter's highlights didn't blend in they had a gingery tinge ,she told the hairdresser which suggested more was needed . My daughter was then put at the back of the shop and forgot about . This experience cost £170 we are very disappointed in this shop at The metro centre Gateshead .My daughter was the only client left in the shop , she is very upset about the whole experience .

Additional Hidden Charges

I prebooked and pre-paid for my hair appointment. Following the appointment, I was informed that I had to pay a small additional amount, which turned out to be due to a price increase that occurred after I had fully paid for the service but before my appointment date. The haircut and service at the salon was very good, as it always is, but they were not able to remove the additional charge. I contacted the company who informed me that upping the price after the service was in line with their business requirements. Essentially, their position is that although the service was prebooked and prepaid, following the delivery of the service they are able to claim additional charges without informing you prior to providing the service. I would advise anyone who has prepaid to determine if they will have to pay unexpected extra charges following service delivery.

Total let down sorted now

UPDATE. Thanks to the manager for sorting refund of deposit. Paid £50 deposit over a month ago to turn up today told the girl has left they will squeeze me in but will have to wait 2 hours after getting colour on before can get cut and blow dry This is booked as I have a very important interview Wednesday as I work in care days off are rare so booked to get nails done 130 . THEN WONT GIVE REFUND SO EVEN IF I CAN FIND ANOTHER HAIRDRESSER DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY. No one in charge to speak to . What an absolute fff up. I just want to cry . Tried their sister shop super cuts but over 2 hour wait. To be clear did say go online to get refund but couldn’t find a way to do this and the staff didn’t know how 😡

Regis Online Intro Offer Scam

Not a problem with the salon, this is an issue with head office. I was offered a 10% discount for booking an appointment online; however, the offer did not work at checkout and I was charged the full price. I complained online but was told there was nothing they could do!! Really bad customer service - they simply don't care

Great service

Thurrock Regis is a friendly and welcoming salon. It is clean, tidy and well run. Jodie has been highlighting, cutting and finishing my hair now for a couple of years. From the first appointment onwards she listened to what style and colour I wanted to achieve and has then carried this out time after time. Thank you Jodie and the salon team for the great service.

Continuous improvement

Each time I visit Michelle at the Regis salon in Canterbury, I come out with an even better haircut than the month before. This, I feel is the result of M's constant attention to detail, combined with the gentle advice and fresh ideas which she suggests to me. Before I started coming to the Regis salon, my visits to other hairdressers were hit-and-miss affairs, often ending with a succession of 'bad haircut days' - days I would dread as much as going to the dentist. Not anymore!

Regis Salon in Whitburn Street…

Regis Salon in Whitburn Street Bridgnorth. Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, first time I went there i got consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. I especially recommend Caitlyn shes an amazing young talented lady. Shes given me more confidence in returning. As i had a very bad experience previously. I cannot thank her enough. Will definitely be going back again. Keep it up dear your a massive inspiration to the company. Well done . 💯

This was my first visit at the Milton…

This was my first visit at the Milton Keynes Regis branch. Sonila did my balayage, hair cut and blow dry. very experienced lady. I wasn't happy with the first attempt. She was lovely and understood what I wanted and just wanted to make sure I'm happy. The hair cut is absolutely amazing. Really happy with the overall service with Sonila. Will definitely continue visiting Regis MK.

Brilliant service online for Paul Mitchell hair products

We order Paul Mitchell hair products online from Regis Salons and to date the service has been brilliant. Prices are competitive and there is free delivery on orders over £50. This is the third order we have placed and it was ordered at 11am Tuesday, dispatch confirmation came 2 hours later, and it was delivered on 2 day service by Yodel the following day at 11am. Well packed and cheerful driver. Cannot ask for more.

Honestly, the worst salon experience I’ve ever had

The worst salon experience I’ve ever had. AVOID!!! please don’t get you hair done st the Milton Keynes CMK branch, it’s not worth your time or money. The manager has no clue or accountability. Staff aren’t trained appropriately…just all awful. I left have way through a service with dripping wet hair and went to Supercuts to sort the absolutely ridiculousness. Was charged twice and refused a refund. Received the wrong service even though I expressly explained what I wanted, twice. Left with wet hair and no apology. No positives about to his experience at all.

Milton Keynes - AVOID

Milton Keynes shopping centre - AVOID AVOID AVOID I popped in on a Friday to see if there were any bookings for the weekend and if so to get a patch test. I was told by the manager that she could squeeze me in without one on the same day. The times didn’t work so I booked one for the following day at which point I was told I needed a patch test. I should have walked out then given the fact she had been willing to do my hair without one to fill empty slots. I arrived at the salon the following day and the hairdresser was a junior who had just returned from a career break. She had to keep asking her manager for a second opinion on hair colour etc. At no point did the manager come over to actually look at my hair our double check what I had asked for. I wanted my hair matched to my old colour - blonde and gold - I came out a brunette. I was also advised to have every upsell going which I suspect was to fix the highlights. Although I did hear a lady at the sink asking the manager if she was on commission for it as she was automatically booked in for the toner. Worst hairdressing experience of my life. Clearly desperate for customers/ targets. Zero care for the actual customers. I felt terrible for the junior hairdresser as she looked like a deer in headlights with no support.

Avoid

Avoid. No interest in customers at all I made a purchase online on the 8th December with delivery by Evri. Six days later, Regis advise by email that the item is delayed due to Royal Mail industrial action and the arrival date could be in three weeks time!! Really? Why? I am receiving deliveries from Evri daily with no issue at all. Beyond poor in every respect. I will not be ordering from this company again and strongly recommend that others buy elsewhere. Formal Complaint made. NB. Trustpilot needs to separate reviews of the hair salon and those of customers buying products online.

Ordered an item online

Ordered an item online. Said would be here with tracked postage. Still not arrived. Emailed company but no response. Phoned and no response. No way to contact. Not sure how to get a refund. Wish I had read the other reviews about online purchases first. Do not buy from this company.

Hair magician

Wasula was my hairdresser and is the only person I truly trust with my hair, she knows me and my hair, she does exactly what I want and goes above and beyond and knows what looks better on me, I always walk in happy and leave happy
