We bought a property through Space Marbella in November 2021. Julian at Space Marbella was fantastic. You could not ask for a better representative to show you the areas as well as the properties. He is a genuinely nice guy who cares that you get the property you are looking for. I am sitting in the home nearly a year later , and could not be happier. I would thoroughly recommend Spacemarbella to anyone looking to buy a property in Spain. They didn’t try and push anything that was outside of our budget and gave lots of helpful advice. We had a fantastic representative called Milan acting on our behalf who created a list of properties for us to view. He picked us up from the airport and took us to all viewings. His knowledge of the area was fantastic and he couldn’t do enough to help us. We completed on our lovely property last week and are really happy with the service provided. Amazing service. We have Milan as our agent and he has been incredible, spending hours and even days taking us to different developments and areas with a completely hands off approach. He has never pushed us in one direction or another, but shown us every possible property and development that fits our criteria. I would recommend many times over Space, but specifically Milan!

We gave Space Marbella very little notice that we wanted to view some properties but Milan managed to arrange 7 viewings in 2 days. They are honest and not remotely pushy. Buying in Spain is all very new to us, but we came away from a 4 day holiday with an offer accepted! I would thoroughly recommend.

My husband and I started looking for properties in Marbella in February 2022, 3 trips later lots of property viewed and we eventually completed June. Buying a property in Spain is a totally different experience and it would not have been achievable without Spacemarbella. Our first contact was with Lorrainne at Space and she phoned us weekly until we arranged our first viewing trip with Emma who has lived and worked on the Costa Calida for many years. Emma took on board our requirements and showed us many villas over several days! We placed a deposit on a beautiful villa but unfortunately the sale fell through after we had returned home. So we arranged another viewing trip for a few weeks later. Once again Emma showed us some fabulous properties, including a few 'wild-cards', one of which we fell in love with and bought! Our relationship with Emma and Space does not end with the purchase. Emma introduced us to lawyers and notaries and has said she will advise us on any matter we may have when we move to Spain. An excellent, professional and refreshing experience dealing with the Space team (Lorraine and Emma). They listened to what we were looking for and really tailored their searches appropriately. Highly responsive and friendly to deal with from beginning to end of the process.

We recently purchased a villa on the Costa Calida through Space Marbella. Our initial contact was with Loraine who was incredibly responsive and helpful with narrowing down our geographical search. Loraine then introduced us to Emma who helped with accommodation for our viewing trip. Emma is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and took us to see a great range of properties as we were unsure what type of property would suit our different family needs - grandparents, young family and also adults with no children. Once we had a better idea of what type of property would suit us, Emma found more similar properties for us to view. This really helped cement our decision in order for us to put an offer in. Once our offer was accepted, Emma has also helped connect us with a wide range of other useful businesses/services from lawyers to accountants to builders which has helped make the whole process so much easier. We would definitely recommend Space Marbella!

Our Initial contact was with Lorraine who was extremely helpful and passed our property requirements on to Emma who lived and worked in the Costa Calida where we were wishing to purchase . Emma was extremely knowledgeable of the areas we were wishing to view in , and had a great rapport with the property developers and agents as we wanted to buy off plan . She was extremely patient and took in all our requirements, and found us an amazing property which we purchased almost immediately after viewing . There was no pressure put on us , on the contrary the whole experience felt very relaxed . Definitely can’t recommend and thank Emma and Space Marbella enough .

We used Space (Emma Beechey) to find our Spanish home. The whole experience was excellent from our first call with Lorraine to get an idea what we were looking for, right the way through to our viewing trip with Emma in the area we’d narrowed our search down to. There was no pressure and she took all the time we needed - starting off with finding the areas we liked and then showing us the properties that met our needs - being a disabled house hunter this could have been a challenging experience but everyone at Space took this into account & adapted as we went along to find us something perfect. I cannot recommend Emma & Space Marbella enough - even when they have their sale, they keep in touch and support through the legal, Spanish “red tape” and the whole buying process. They have got the geographical range, a huge selection of properties and you really feel they care about finding you the perfect place. They are not just selling properties, they are passionate about finding you a dream lifestyle!
