We have found our dream property on the Costa del Sol with Ryan from Space Real Estate. This was an amazing experience. Being in vacation in Andalusia and just walking through Marbella, we saw interesting advertisements at the office in Marbella and we just stepped in. Ryan answered all our questions and we agreed that he will send us several available options within the next days. And we received them. Ryan was always available to respond to our questions immediately. The communication with him was excellent. So we asked then, would it be possible to show us on one day several available options. We explained to Ryan our criteria and yes - Ryan made it possible to show us many options during this day. At the end we decided to make an offer for our dream property and Ryan managed everything, incl. the contact on the next day with the advocat and notary to organise everything. Now we are happy owners of our property. And also afterwards Ryan was always available for help, e.g. to provide contact to help us to get quick and easy internet connection in our new property. Space were very helpful and Ryan in particular was very friendly, informative and patient in helping us finding the perfect place for us which we did. In a previous search we used various agents however this time only Ryan and he done the ground work with other agents which was much easier rather than dealing with 3-4 different agents and losing track of what you have seen and so on. Ryan can contact any property you see online and arrange the viewing with the sellers agent which again made it much much easier. Thank you guys

Milan was so helpful. He took us to view properties. He collected us and took us back to where we were staying. He did video viewings with us when we were in the UK. He coordinated the offers with the vendors agents. He even drove us to the solicitors after we had our offer accepted to sign the deeds. He did an inventory of the house we were buying and sent a video of the property to us after we got home as we had forgotten some of the details. It was a completely stress-free purchase and we are very pleased with our new property. Thank you Milan. I have already recommended him to two people I know looking to purchase in a similar area.

Vi är så nöjda med all hjälp och det otroliga engagemang som Liam O´Connor stått för under de 13-14 månader det tagit oss att hitta rätt bostad. Han har alltid funnits där för oss🙏 Även efter avslutad affär har han hjälp oss. Vi behövde hjälp med att öppna upp bostaden så en AC-installatör kunde göra ett besök och lämna offert, och sedan, tre veckor senare så är det monterat och klart👌 Utan Liams hjälp hade vi behövt vänta med allt detta tills vi kom ner första gången, nu är det redan klart, där kan man tala om ovärderlig hjälp och service, helt otroligt!😊🥂🌞

We initially liaised with Julie at the Los Alcazares office and she was incredibly helpful in listening to our requirements and offering advice on property types, and the local area, that would suit us. When we arrived in Los Alcazares we went to the Space office and met with the rest of the team. Julian took us to view multiple properties and showed us around the local areas offering real advice from someone who’s lived in the area for many years. Julian was incredibly patient with us as we wanted to make sure we’d explored all our options and the local area thoroughly before making our decision. He held our hand through the entire process and we’re so happy with the property that we’ve now purchased. Hey Roger, wij willen jou ontzettend bedanken voor de super tijd die wij hebben mogen beleven met jou. We hebben veel gelachen, en onze meiden vonden het fantastisch toen je ze even mee nam tijdens het lange wachten bij de Notaris voor een ijsje. Je sprong overal op in, zowel bij het contact tijdens de woning bezoeken als het bespreken met de advocaat en de notaris. Je hebt ons niet alleen het perfecte huis gegeven, maar ook een super ervaring met onze zoektocht. Heel erg bedankt voor de fantastisch beleving. When looking for Villa we tried a selection of agents at first, however it was Julian that found the best suited properties being a new build resale, which others had told us we would not get. Top man and fantastic service. Very punctual, will and does go out of his way to please. Also Lorrainne deserves special mention too as it was her who got us up and running with searches, sending weekly tailored emails followed up with a call to get us moving in the right direction before came out. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

We hebben in de begin periode contact gehad met Winnie en Stuart beide toffe mensen aan de telefoon en bereidwillig om het juiste pand te zoeken. Helaas in het begin hadden we niet direct een kanshebber gevonden (dit alles vanuit Belgie), in Januari tripje gepland naar de Costa Del Sol contact opgenomen en kregen te maken met Bruce, een joviale type met een no nonsens houding en vooral de focus op onze wensen. Dus heeft hij panden uitgezocht, afspraken ingepland en gaan kijken. We hebben in die dag 4 panden bezocht en het was al gelijk prijs bij het 2e pand. Goeie onderhandeling gehad, duidelijk en haalbare bod gedaan, alles ging vanaf nu heel snel. Wij wachten nu nog op het vervolg traject (afhandeling, etc...). Wij kunnen SPACE MARBELLA enkel maar aanraden
