Terrible

Terrible, I’ve just got a new Tv and Rakuten tv is included, I’ve tried to watch 4 films so far, 3 wouldn’t load and I kept getting a circle thing rotate in the middle of the screen so after 15 minutes gave up , then tried watching “ The Road “ which kept cutting in and out , used to have more reliable downloads before broadband, oh but there was no trouble when the pesky “ Ads “ came on , they were fine !!!! Just incase people think it’s a internet connection issue

Connection sur la télé impossible malgré abonnement Vicky pass standard

J ai acheté un abonnement Viky pass standard depuis 8 jours.. et certes je peux regarder les films asiatiques sur ma tablette . Mais impossible de se connecter sur ma télé LG toute neuve . Lorsque je vais sur la télé on ne propose que des films gratuits ou à l achat. Mon abonnement n est pas reconnu

A very pleasant experience

I had a very pleasant experience seeing that although I had made a mistake of paying twice for the same film, I received a refund. The support team's response was unexpectedly fast. Honestly, the amount was small and I was not necessarily waiting for the refund, it was even more a pleasant surprise to see the attention to the company's customer request.

Ampliar algunos títulos …

Que el catálogo de películas es muy amplia y sin problemas con los idiomas. Sería interesante poder tener acceso algunas películas que faltan en algunos actores y así completar sagas por ejemplo.

Schlecht einfach

Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben. 1. Was seid ihr für ein Saftladen, dass ich mich von Safari auf Google und dann trotzdem auf eure beschissene App anmelden muss für einen Film den ich gekauft habe?? 2. Wie dumm ist das, dass ich einen Film für den ich Geld ausgegeben habe herunterladen muss um ihn mir ansehen zu können??? 3. Bietet doch wenigstens ApplePay an ja? Warum nur 2 Auswahlmöglichkeiten? Das ist jetzt mal wirklich als konstruktive Kritik gemeint. Glaubt mal dass ihr heute zwei Kunden verloren habt weil wenn ich im Zukunft die Wahl hab zwischen YouTube 5€ gönnen oder sonst einem anderen Anbieter, werde ich mich immer für den Anderen entscheiden. Gönnt euch mein letztes Mal Geld.

Actualizar tarjeta por una nueva

Me han ayudado con un problema para alquilar una película, el operario me ha explicado y mandado imágenes de como lo podría solucionar. El problema estaba en que en mi cuenta tenía la tarjeta caduca y no me acordé de actualizarla, me ayudó a ingresar una nueva y ya pude volver a alquilar películas.
