Been trying to contact company to find out about my order, asked for tracking number and carrier to try and trace. After a short time my issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. I would like to add that having purchased items previously they are absolutely wonderful and the designs so innovative. I highly recommend that everyone give them a look

Ordered a dress and necklace. Returned the dress on the 5 September, No Refund Yet!! I then ordered 2 more dresses and returned those for a refund on the 19th and No refund as yet. I posted it with signed for delivery via the postoffice. No replies to my emails. Phone number on their website doesn't exist. Stupidly I then ordered 3 more dresses, which by the way are Fabulous and very good quality, however the aftercare or lack of this, is not right!! So in my view I would only buy from them if you know you are keeping it. As the refunds are not being met.....

Was a wee bit worried having read some of the reviews. All my emails were answered (wanted tracking number) Order arrived promptly. The linen jacket I ordered is fabulous. A very good experience. Will definitely buy from them again

Most recent order was made over the Christmas break and arrived late last week. I had to chase for information but my email was responded to same day and things moved swiftly after that. Clothes are great, good value, true to size and wash well. Would order from them again, I need to remember to allow at least a week for standard delivery.

I have just received the clothes I ordered 3 days ago! When I placed the order I received confirmation and a tracking number which was great particularly after reading the worrying reviews below! The 2 black tops I ordered are exactly as shown and the sizing is generous and as described, so one happy lady! My daughter ordered a couple of items from them as part of a gift for me before Xmas and had no issues with the parcel arriving, so its a shame to hear other people had an issue. Love the tops and quick delivery!

Sadly I didn’t read the other reviews before ordering. Item never arrived, multiple attempts by phone, emails, customer service form on their website and Facebook messenger on their Facebook page were all ignored over nearly a week of trying to get a response. Finally got a response by a combination of threatening to open a dispute through PayPal and comments added to their recent Facebook posts about failed delivery and them ignoring my attempts at contact. Outcome was an automatic mail generated to inform me my payment was refunded, but no apology or explanation. Steer well clear of this unscrupulous company.
