Orders received promptly and clothes look good however I have had issues with the quality of their fabrics. I have had issues when using a mild baby wipe on a stain that the whole area becomes totally discoloured as though something in the dying process has reacted badly leaving the top totally useless. I reported this last year on a tunic top and was ignored. It happened again yesterday on a t shirt at lunch. I have never had any issue with any other fabric discolouring that way. I just automatically reached for a wipe when I dropped something on it. Everyone at lunch said absolutely that shouldn’t happen!! Will think twice about ordering again.

I won't use this company because they have consistently used a Youtuber to advertise their products who has a very serious problem with their channel. The company was informed and continued to give them free stuff! Can't go into details but let's say that this family run company needs to look at their choices. No from me....

The clothes are great quality and reasonably priced. I have bought several tops and jumpers and have been extremely impressed with them all. Delivery is always very prompt too. Would highly recommend this company.

The garment is made from good quality fabric which is reflected in the price ( slightly higher than other similar vendors) It is comfy and perfectly sized. Items arrived quickly and well packaged so excellent customer service is provided. A very satisfactory experience.

Absolutely shocking I purchased a black long sleeve jumper with a white star on the front. It's been worn twice the first time it was washed the cheep black dye from the jumper turned the star grey. I don't expect to pay £36.00 for rubbish. No information to say the item will run Over priced rubbish I will pursue to get my money back. Avoid at all cost Update I was contacted buy the company after leaving my review i was informed they don't use trustpilot I said I'm well within my rights to leave a review. I have been back and forth with this company regarding the item even after sending photos. I have had to contact the payment provider and upload images to them. Eventually I was sent a 48 hour label to return the item ton the 3/12/24 it was posted back on the same day and they received it on the 5/12/24. I have again had to contact them today regarding my refund that was not refunded. I have now been in contact with consumer ombudsman and my bank and will be taking the matter further. Dishonest company

Not sure why others say customer service is excellent. I ordered four items at a cost of over £200. All the colours ran out of the items and two of the items have already split at the seams. I have tried to contact the company: the phone number on the website does not work and no-one’s emailing back. Avoid this company

Excellent customer service. I had a fault in one of the linen tops I bought. Messaged them showing the fault. Quick response. New top arrived 2 days later!!!! Will definitely be using this company again.

I now have two pairs of their Magic Pants. navy and now white. They are my go to trousers for everyday use and always take them on holiday. I fluctuate between a M&S 22 or 24. So I purchased both in size 2. As I’ve lost a bit of weight, the next purchase will be size 1. They wash well and don’t need ironing.

Back in 2022 I wrote a review based on my experience at that time which was so awful I thought it was a scam. Eventually however I did get the product I had ordered and have been very happy with it so I decided to try them again. I have now made 2 further orders and the experience has been totally different. Great speedy service and very happy with the items.

Ordered and paid on 21 June with standard 3-5 days shipping and to date nothing has been received. You have to track your order with the Shop app - which is pretty useless as although I can see my order and it has the status Ready to ship (which has been the case since I placed the order on 21 June) there is no update as there is no tracking number. I've emailed the company asking for an update on when I can receive my order, no reply. 05/07: After leaving this review, the company have now responded and I hope to receive my order soon. They have provided me with my Royal Mail tracking ID - and the Shop app has now updated with the status In Transit. Fingers crossed

Use this company only if you wish to lose money! Their sizing is all over the place & when you come to return the items you pay an extortionate amount return postage. Even after they assured me they would pay my returns they twice sent the postman to collect to return to my address! & eventually said I had to return myself as they did not know how to do it!! I told them I want to buy what I consider nice clothes but you can’t expect customers to pay through the nose & have no customer service. The company is a joke !

I am so pleased to have found this company. Quality and sizing is perfect.

Order made on 15.5.24 and confirmed and money taken from my account. E mail received on 16.5.24 saying items on way and I would be able to track order but no tracking number. 2 e mails sent requesting tracking number but both ignored. Their Web form questionnaire completed in which I have raised my concerns that items possibly out of stock as this appears to be common practise looking at other reviews. Awaiting reply. Also when you call number on website, it connects you to an 091 number. Most odd. Should I not get satisfactory reply by end of business today, I will be seeking consumer advice etc and contacting my bank re chargeback after the appropriate time has lapsed. Be aware!

My only purchase from this company was a pair of Magic Pants. They are comfortable and stretchy but the quality is dire. On arrival I noticed several loose ends and one end of the waist tie didn’t have the metal finish that the other end had, but I was desperate so I wore them. One wash later and the stitching is breaking up. I am now afraid to wear them in case they part at the seams completely. I wanted to order the linen trousers but now I can’t as I can only assume the quality will be identical and would therefore be a total waste of money. If you want a pair of trousers that you want to wear only once then these would do. Probably.
