Floor and bathroom review
We change the floor of our living room and kitchen, and re-do our bathroom. Gary and Patrick put a team together of very skilled workers and listen to our requests. We were very happy with the result.

Excellent! Thoroughly Recommend 100%
My boiler broke down during the coldest weekend in January. I had no heating and three small children so understandably panicked. Square Foot Property Rescue were AMAZING! Incredibly helpful, friendly and reassuring. They came out immediately and fixed the problem at a competitive fee. I would 100% recommend Square Foot Property Rescue.

Square Foot are brilliant contractors with excellent attention to detail.
Square Foot were recommended to me by an established property developer. I was the architect, and they undertook the renovation of Grade 2* listed building near Regents Park I had designed a new layout for. From the first site meeting they were excellent communicators with a lot of knowledge and expertise. Everything was done to the highest standard, and their site manager Maurilio was always quick to respond. Nothing had to be done twice and they solved a lot of issues along the way without having to involve numerous consultants. Their original quote was spot on. Most importantly the client was delighted when they moved back to their flat.

The work was done superbly
The work was done superbly, a correction which entailed moving a door, after which you won’t notice anything was done. Finished like it was never touched. The area was protected from dust and everywhere cleaned up when work finished. Very satisfied client.
