I had really good help for Hannah Gray for a replacement of a corridor carpet. Itβs the first time someone is on top of a problem without me chasing constantly. The job has been done well.

Prime provides an excellent service. Our designated property manager, Hannah, provides a response to queries that is always prompt and thorough. She is very knowledgeable herself, but brings to bear the support of Prime's specific departments when needed e.g. legal. She is always positive and professional.

Demi helped with an insurance claim which took much time and effort only for the insurance company to decide it was invalid. All was not lost however, the administrative error was later realised and a final settlement made. Our PM Demi Williams assisted in the whole process being responsive in all communications. Credit to her for helping to ensure a satisfactory conclusion.

I've found Prime Property Management far better than other block management organisations. As always, it's people who make the difference. My POC, Katie Williams, is always on the ball, fast to respond, gives clear answers to any queries, is a pleasure to work with and I always feel the block is in a safe pair of hands. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Prime to anyone looking for block management.

It is now over a year since our block management was taken over by Prime. As we get to know each other better, the service Prime provide is also getting better. We are very happy with progress and our manager Rosie Glen is proving highly capable and responsive. I have also had a good level of response from Jodie on accounting matters and also the legal team have provided good advice.
