Ongoing Issues with Missing Deliveries at Flanders Court, Watford

We would like to raise an urgent concern regarding the increasing number of missing deliveries in our building, particularly at Flanders Court in Watford. This is not an isolated issue, it has happened to us personally on four separate occasions, even while we were at home at the time of delivery. Despite multiple CCTV cameras being installed throughout the building, it appears that management has not taken the necessary steps to review footage or conduct any internal investigation. The lack of action and communication from management is deeply disappointing. Although a police report has been filed, the police have indicated that they will not intervene, advising instead that we contact the courier companies directly. This leaves us with little protection or support, and raises serious concerns about the security and accountability within the building. We ask what can be done next? Is this truly the extent of the measures in place to protect residents and their property?

Excellent Customer Service from Becca Smith!

As Landlords of an Exchange Apartment in Connnections and recent tenancy change after many years, we had questions regards parking permits, communal entrance/post box keys, bin access, etc. All expertly answered by Becca in a timely and professional manner. Great customer service from Karis

We recently got issued a Penalty Charge Notice for not registering a vehicle in time and expected to have to jump through hoops and wait ages to perhaps get it cancelled. Karis picked up my query immediately and took care of the issue swiftly and professionally. It's rare these days not to have to chase for basic responses and updates, so we really appreciated Karis's initiative and efficiency: thank you!

Much improved!

After a rather mixed experience in 2024, I recently asked for some new keys to be made. Amy-Rose was very attentive, replying the same day and getting the keys sent out the day after. I have to say that this has changed my whole impression of Prime which is why I am giving them and her five stars.
