I've only just moved into my new flat and so far I've dealt with both Emily Forbes and Grace Rogers in getting parking passes sorted. They've been very responsive (even getting back to me on annual leave as it was urgent!). So far I'm happy with the services they've offered.

Having made an enquiry to obtain a sellers pack and paid the required fee for a 15 day turn around I was contacted by Jessica Gibson - Legal Secretary at at Prime who said she would be preparing the pack for me to send to my buyers solicitors and recommended that as the property was Freehold the short pack FME1 would be more suitable and quicker to produce. I thanked her for her advice and requested the FME1 which i was pleased to receive in just 9 days compared to the advised 15 days. Many thanks Jessica for your advice and speed of delivery. David T

Absolutely farcical management of my building. Prime property management were the managers of my building within the home builders ten year warranty. During that time period a catastrophic defect with the roof was discovered, Prime did absolutely nothing to get the issue resolved. The warranty has now lapsed and the leaseholders of the block are now footing the £600 000 plus bill for the repairs. I cannot believe the situation that Prime property management have created for our building and the residents within it.
