Very efficient
As tenants preparing to leave our flat, we contacted Prime Property Management to arrange for some changes related to our departure (such as the intercom number). Emily Forbes responded promptly and handled everything efficiently and professionally. She made the process incredibly smooth and was courteous throughout. Although one could consider that it was a small request, her quick and helpful response really stood out. We’re very grateful for her support and would happily recommend both Emily and Prime Property Management.
