Matt and the team at Peter Clarke were very good throughout the process. Pav who was the day to day contact provided me regular updates and managed the viewings and providing feedback promptly, They quickly worked through the chain to unblock any issues. They also partner with Davidson Law in Leamington Spa. I have say Aymer the Solicitor was very responsive and kept me abreast of the status and also chased down through the chain with regards to the other parties solicitors who can be challenging, ref speed to act. Very positive experience.

We started the process of selling a house in Warwick about a year ago with Peter Clarke and found the whole process very rewarding. We found all the staff extremely friendly and very professional. The method and system used by Matthew and his team to set a sale value, establish a timeline for launch of the property onto the market and managing all interested applications was excellent. A key aspect of superior levels of marketing was not only the excellent photos but the additional walk thru property video. This generated a number of very keen buyers and established a series of very appropriate offers. Matthew was a very helpful advisor in a very collaborative manner and steered us through to a very pleasing sale of the property in a surprisingly short period of time. They continued to provide good advice with excellent communication in handling of the buyer through the inevitable questions and requests they had right through to signing of contracts.
