Throughout a protracted sale process the numerous members of staff with whom I had contact, initially personally and then after my return to Scotland, were helpful, approachable and beyond the call of duty. Despite frustration about the lengthy process I was confident of the advice and support given to me and cannot speak too highly of the excellent service given.

Not a very good service, doors and windows left open and unlocked after viewings. No ongoing update on progress or offers. We had to keep chasing the agent to get up to date information. Too much emphasis on reasons why people would not buy the property and no information about offers that had been made.

I was pleased with the help I received from the staff at Peter Clarke as I was also trying to cope with my terminally ill daughter.Some of the pressure was taken off me especially at the end of the selling process.

Mark and Harry both gave exceptional Customer Service throughout the protracted journey. Our expectations were met , we requested daily updates, and Harry or Mark called us keeping us fully up to date. I was selling my mum's house. It sold within a week and completed within 4. The staff understood the difficulties in emptying the property so quickly. They kept ontop of chain and made sure all went through in this case very fast. I had a weekly update although had more contact to ensure all went smoothly. Friendly professional and local knowledge.
