We initially had an awful experience with another agent but Peter Clarke were nothing like our previous agents. From start to finish the staff at Leamington Spa were really professional, knowledgable and honest. We sold our house and purchased our new house through them. Renée is brilliant, she works so incredibly hard and nothing seems too much for her. She’s always so helpful and replies to calls and emails really quickly. Matthew has been excellent and gave us help when we really needed it and pointed us in the right direction. We can not thank the staff enough for everything they did to help us in the sale and purchase of our homes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone and if we required an estate agent in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
