Would not use this company
I was sent wrong materials, while waiting on the delivery driver collecting wrong items , I was then sent an invoice and then a solicitor's letter. Then had the cheek to send me an invoice for the goods I did not receive. Lack of communication and customer service skills zero. I won't be using this company again

They send me a text saying delivery…
They send me a text saying delivery will be tomorrow for an order I didn't place. Then they invoice me for it and when I ring to sort it the account lady says it is a credit note and it says it on top of the invoice which it didn't,they sent me this a week later. pretty much saying I was stupid. Won't use again

Got my first ever delivery from Prestige Building Supples and the box and beads was damaged, I sent them back and they sent new ones out. The problem I had was it made my job delayed as I ordered them for that job. All good in the end eventually

I canceled the order due to the lack of delivery of items. I received Invoice, I thought you would consider and I won't be burdened with Credit? How can I be financially burdened if I have not received materials? Be careful of the traps they stack! Passing from this company!
