Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Absolutely fantastic estate agents
We couldn't fault anything in the process of selling our house through Paul Meakin. Fantastic personalised service and couldn't have helped us more. We were not local and Emma Meakin provided us with solutions and support that went beyond our expectations and saved us a lot of time (e.g. meeting charity and house clearance people at the house for us so that we didn't have to travel to be there). Great prompt communication. Strongly recommend.

Excellent service
Excellent service! Emma and the team went out of there way to make life easy for us. They provided useful information and advice all the way through in a really friendly and approachable way. We were living miles away. They were on hand looking after the bungalow and making sure the right items stayed or were cleared when we couldn't be there. All went smoothly on the day of the move. Very Good value too.

We had a lovely call once they received…
We had a lovely call once they received our request for a valuation & an appointment made for viewing our apartment was so quick. It did have to get altered slightly (the time of the day & viewer) but we reassured them that it was not a problem at all. The agent, Emma, who vistited us was very polite & not false at all. She gave us information as to what we should expect & did not come across with any pressure at all. Emma was lovely. Also, our original appointment was arranged to be with Charlotte & she called in the week to ask if we minded that the time of the appointment & agent were changed....having asked so politely & so early, we were happy to alter. We HIGHLY recommend Paul Meakin Estate Agents.

Thank you all for making our buying experience such a pleasant one. Sam was wonderful, was able to give good advice and made every effort to meet all of our needs and more. We were able to bring contractors in, to measure up the house, early on in the process which was extremely helpful. The team were also very understanding whenever we needed to reschedule an appointment. Thanks for everything and I'm sure we'll see you around, now that we're locals! ;-) Kevin & Colette
