Outstanding Customer Service
It was more than 25 years ago since we last had any dealings with selling a property, and the process has evolved over that time, so we were a little apprehensive. We need not have worried … Emma and her Team were superbly helpful, providing any advice needed, and helpful contacts when asked. Communication was brilliant throughout the entire process. Would we use them again ? ABSOLUTELY !

Fantastic service and friendly people
Paul Meakin Selsdon We have nothing but good things to say about Paul Meakin in Selsdon. It was a long process selling our flat but this was due to the market and not Paul Meakin. Sam and Amy in particular who dealt with us during our sale were fantastic. Both were kind, warming and very supportive throughout the process. They were always friendly and there when we needed any help. The biggest thing that impressed me with them both and Paul Meakin was the fact that at no point did we ever feel pressured to do anything for their benefit. They supported on what was best for US at all times and this was huge for us, as this is not always the case with Estate Agents. I couldn’t recommend Paul Meakin highly enough and their service and understanding has been brilliant. Would certainly use them again in the future. Thank you Paul Meakin.

We had a good experience from start to finish during our year long lease. Allison our letting manager was very helpful throughout but especially at the end when we had to move out before the end of the lease at short notice, between her and the landlord they couldn't have treated us any better than they did. Would highly recommend using them.

Very professional and supportive
I have found Paul Meakin Selsdon, to be very professional. I was selling my parents home as part of probate and they were very mindful of that in all their contact and correspondence with me. It's probably a bit unconventional to write a review for the seller's estate agent, but they could not have been more willing to communicate with me to help push the transaction through the hurdles that arose. They were supportive and professional all the way, were very informed and I felt as though they actually cared. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Having made multiple transactions over the years outside the U.K., I was naive to the process and details of getting business done here. I can only say absolutely positive things about Sam Weller. Her knowledge, experience, engagement, ethics, and ability to keep a cool head is second to none. I will not hesitate to partner with her on future projects, in fact I would not go to anyone else.
