Paddle

I applied to use Paddle for my SaaS application and was declined without any clear explanation. The response I received was a generic message saying my business type could not be accepted, but no specific reason or guidance was provided. As a legitimate company simply trying to use Paddle as a payment processor, I expected a more transparent review process and at least some constructive feedback.

Great refund service!!

I searched for chatgpt and did not realize the site was a sponsored link on google. It perfectly mimics chatgpt. After purchasing the subscription on October 16th I realized it was not chatgpt so I checked the refund policy. It states to contact them at a provided email address to request a refund within 3 days of purchase and less than 20 messages sent. I messaged them the same day of the purchase to which I didnt hear back. Eventually I tried disputing through paypal but paypal told me to request the refund directly from the seller to which I had already tried. So then I messaged the company they use to complete the transaction paddle.net to which they are refusing to refund the money because I disputed with paypal. After requesting the refund, the company cancelled my access to the subscription altogether on november 6th and are still refusing to refund the money. So now I'm not only out the money but they also took away access from the product as well because I requested the refund.

Great app once you get used to the parameters. Excellent support when I had to wipe my hard drive and get Photo sweeper installed again. Recommended

I purchase and item that turned out not to be what I needed and they gave a quick refund without me having to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Last year I ordered a license for Iobit software. The license was for 1 year. 2 weeks ago I received an email from paddle that my subscription was being renewed and for questions and help I should reply to that email. First, I never subscribed to a subscription. Second, I responded to that email with the request to cancel the subscription. Yup, you guessed it right: they didn't cancel and charged my credit card today. Now I have to go through a lot of effort to get my money back. Maffia companies like this should not exist.

I made an order for an annual subscription to ChatBox in error thinking I was updating my free Open AI Chat GPT. Using the simple form to be found in Ts and Cs I was able to request and be promised a refund within 5 days and have the subscription cancelled in a couple of minutes. Very impressive

Contacted them to request a refund and it was immediately addressed and was issued the refund. Very helpful indeed.

I immediately realized that I didn't want the additional package, and that I already had another chat gpt subscription that I pay for monthly with the same email address. I was refunded for the package but not for the chatbot app. Now I don't have access to anything! I am sending you proof in the form of a screenshot. I filed a claim with PayPal ( PP-R-VJY-592260428 dispute file) and you say that I received the product. Except that when I canceled, I no longer had access to the annual subscription... while you kept the money.

KI-Chat great, but... ... would like to cancel/change my subscription on my own, so I missed a button 'cancel subscription' for my own doing.

Arnaque totale. Je souscris à chatbot.app pro (dont paddle gère les paiements) en en pensant bénéficier de l'accès aux meilleurs IA comme Chat GPT5. Au passage, par dissimulation, ils vous font souscrire en plus à chatbot.app additional packages dont je n'ai pas besoin. 2*51.86€ alors que je n'avais besoin que du premier service. Dès que je me rends compte de la supercherie (2mn après la souscription), je demande une annulation et un remboursement immédiat à Paddle. Le chatbot s'évertue à me rembourser la moitié de la somme mais garde toujours le montant de la souscription chatbot.app pro alors que mon compte n'en bénéficie même plus (annule tout mais rembourse la moitiée). Cette boite est une arnaque en règles avec pour seul réponse un chatbot qui est très très limité. S'ils ne me remboursent pas immédiatement le montant restant (51.86€) je vais en parler sur tous les réseaux sociaux jusqu'à ce qu'ils le fassent.
