The KI seems to work flowlessly, my reqest and all my comments were understood and answered correctly. Also, I'm happy to say that paddle is doing a good job to keep me safe from annoing ads. I was thinking of canceling it, but now I changed my mind. It's well worth the 25 bucks a year.

I own two pieces of software that Paddle is the vendor for, let's call them A and B. I want to cancel A. They send me a link for cancelation, and it's for B, which I do not want to cancel. I let them know, they say that "Software A" does not exist. I send them screenshots of Software A, showing it is indeed handled by them. They cancel Software B again. Rinse and repeat. This cycle continues with their constantly writing to tell me they successfully canceled the one I NEVER asked to be canceled. I am starting to suspect that bad bots are doing this, not actual humans, since any human could read the email messages pretty clearly.

In all interactions I had with them when I had issues they had always been very efficient, quick, friendly and helpful.

I made a genuine mistake by clicking their upgrade prompt, thinking it unlocked 4K export. I already had a Business licence, and within minutes of realising the upgrade didn’t do what the wording implied, I contacted them to cancel it. I never used a single feature of the upgrade. Despite notifying them immediately on the same day, they refused a refund and tried to hide behind their internal terms. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a consumer has a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases unless they are clearly informed beforehand that this right will be waived — and they must explicitly agree to that. I was shown no such notice, no waiver, and no agreement. Their refusal to refund is a clear breach of UK consumer rights. I have now escalated the matter to Trading Standards, the CMA, and PayPal for further action. Companies operating in the UK cannot opt out of the law simply because it suits them. A legitimate, immediately-reported error should have been resolved instantly. Instead, they chose to keep money for an upgrade I neither needed nor used. Extremely poor practice, and I would strongly advise caution before purchasing anything from them.

I was a day late in canceling a subscription after a trial period and they charged me, but promptly refunded my payment when I requested it.

Totally mislead by them, paywall, to get access to nothing. Stay away or be happy to kiss your hard earned money goodbye.

Buyers beware. Paddle.com promotes itself as an app or gateway for chatgpt pro access. BUT it's Not. And after paying $59.99 for supposed access, I tried to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Despite half a dozen emails, as well as promises from it to respond, I've heard nothing. Beware.

This company is rubbish. Don’t use. AI bots..nonsense…poor poor support. Charged me and didn’t then pay my subscription then refunded me then charged me….all wrong!!!!

Paddle is a garbage fake e-commerce company that as a 3rd-party seller is useful to scammers who want to sell fake and imitation products and use Paddle to create a wall between them and potential consequences. If we as consumers can make progress against the corporate wanna-be overlords, companies like Paddle.com will fold or lose their profit margins as scams become less profitable

Easy, immediate recognition, fast response and resolution

Applicated rejected without a reason! Either they are antisemetic cause the company applying is from Israel, even though they state they support Israeli companies or they have a terrible compliance team. There's absolutely no reason not to accept the company, the product is within their acceptable use.

A quickly answer has been delivered about my problem whitch have been solved.
